When it came time to collaborate with the Astor House for their launch party, we knew this amazing space would lend itself perfectly for we like to call our Grind-to-Order Vegetable Tartare! This veg-forward, interactive station featured freshly pureed root vegetables (literally put through a grinder in front of guests) combined with a carrot yogurt tahini and apple rosemary shrub....
